Description
Procurement & Commercial Lead-SC Security Cleared-CIPSProcurement & Commercial Lead, ideally with current SC Security Clearance and CIPS or an equivalent procurement qualification is urgently needed to work with a central government client to deliver the transition phases and new solution delivery deployment. The Procurement & Commercial Lead will be responsible and accountable for leading and managing on commercial agreements and contracts and the on-going monitoring and management of supplier performance. The Procurement & Commercial Lead will work alongside the Head of Supplier Management and Procurement and Head of Solutions and manage outsourced ICT infrastructure and other service delivery contracts.
Procurement & Commercial Lead-SC Security Cleared-CIPS-Essential Experience
+Extensive procurement and contract management experience.
+Current SC Security Clearance or the ability to undergo SC Security Clearance.
+Excellent commercial business acumen with experience of developing commercial terms and conditions, specifications and contracting for new services.
+Track record of overseeing supplier performance and relationships programmes to optimise supplier delivery to achieve best value.
+The ability to deliver and develop contract performance, corporate procurement processes, management information and contract management.
Procurement & Commercial Lead-SC Security Cleared-CIPS-Desirable Experience
+Experience of BPO to ITO transition projects.
+Knowledge of EU procurement regulations gained whilst working within a public sector environment.
+A solid working understanding to the legal aspects of contract management.
+CIPS or an equivalent procurement qualification or demonstrable experience.
