Compliance Manager - Leeds

Real Staffing is currently working with our Leeds based client to assist them in the recruitment of an additional Compliance professional to join their team. A big player in consumer lending, they have a reputation for being a great place to work. This role will play a key part in assisting the business develop through the changing Regulatory environment initially their change initiatives driven through Consumer Credit Regulatory change. Working as part of a wider Compliance team, you will take the lead on providing advice and guidance to key stakeholders across the business. To be successful in this role, you need to be able to offer proven experience in a Compliance function (or similar), excellent stakeholder management skills, advisory skills, the ability to effect change.
