Marketing Automation Manager

Summary:
The Marketing Automation manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the email database and assisting in integrated campaign strategy for a mid-sized managed solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute campaigns using Marketo
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical execution for email campaigns: including trigger and other types of email programs such as welcome, nurture, retention, cross-sell and upgrade programs.
- Campaign flow builds, email creation, outbound landing page creation, form creation, media placement tracking, etc.
- Drive and manage email process - content, messaging, and segmentation, and list management for maximum revenue and profitability.
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and sales.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on Java/J2EE programming and diagnostic experience
- Configuration and support of enterprise software applications
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL, including the ability to write complex SQL queries
- Knowledge of application Servers such as Tomcat, Jboss, and WebSphere
- Linux Shell Scripting
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage client relationships and provide ongoing support for technical projects
- Experience with and understanding of web application Servers and Java/J2EE architectures
- Experience with Relational Databases (Oracle and PostgreSQL), XML, and Legacy integration technologies
- Marketo, HTML coding, CSS, and DreamWeaver and SFDC experience strongly desired.
