Voice Engineer, Avaya, CM, Call Center, CMS, IVR.

A leading name in System Integration require an Avaya Voice and Data enterprise solutions experienced services architect with at least ten (10) years job experience. Must know Communications Manager R4.x - R6.x, Avaya voice mail products, and understand data networking (optimally Avaya but minimally Cisco) solutions. Prime candidate will also have knowledge of Call Center/Contact Center technology including skills-based routing, Avaya Call Management System (CMS), workforce optimization options and IVR solutions.

Candidate will be engaged in consolidating locations and must be able to advise Customer on the best options for merging and optimizing systems, voice and data networks and overall IT functionality. Candidate should feel comfortable making recommendations to leadership, working with various business groups within the agency(ies), and communicating with other key resources (ie network service providers, vendors/manufacturers, contractors, internal IT staff, etc.).

Desired, Any of the following

Avaya Communications Manager Certification (APDS, ACIS and/or ACSS or equivalent experience)

Avaya Networking Certification (APDS, ACIS and/or ACSS or equivalent experience)

Avaya Messaging (APDS, ACIS and/or ACSS or equivalent experience)

Avaya Call Center (APDS, ACIS and/or ACSS or equivalent experience)
