Description
Junior Project Leader with change management skills is required for a 6 month + contract assignment based in Almhult.
In the role of Junior Project Leader you will work on the implementation of new IT solutions and will:
- Analyse change impacts and stakeholder needs
- Plan change activities
- Analyse the resource requirements
- Analyse, plan, develop and execute change communications.
The ideal candidate for the role of Junior Project Leader should have:
- Solid change managements knowledge/skills
- Ability to plan and developer user-friendly communication and learning material
- Familiarity with project management methods, tools and phases of project life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Captive would be useful but is not essential
