Description
My client, a well known Financial Institute in Australia has a requirement for a Senior Change Analyst to come into the team on a contract basis for 6 months.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Reviewing proposed changes and identifying impacted processes, systems and products
- The identification of effected stakeholders in relation to the proposed changes
- Provide on-going updates to the Program Learning and Development teams along with Internal Communication teams regarding Impact Assessment findings and solution details
- Participation in Project Stream workshops, meetings and governance forums as required
- Collaborating with project stream colleagues to ensure on time completion of deliverables
- The development and finalisation of change management deliverables
- Identification and escalation of risks and issues which will impact on the delivery of change management activities and program plans
- Ensuring compliance with external legislation, financial standards, and internal operating procedures
Essential Requirements:
- A proven track record of Change Analysis project work
- Business and Project experience gained within Wealth Management or Financial Services
- Professional qualification or relevant tertiary qualification in HRM, Business of Commerce
- Organisational change management expertise/exposure gained in small to medium scale business improvement and/or technology programs
- Participation or contribution to the development and delivery of communication, process improvement activities and learning strategies
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Outstanding people management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work proactively
