Change Management knowledge and skills and long experience of planning and developing user-friendly communication and learning material for trainings/educations.

Business Processes & Systems department at our client is responsible for developing and managing Information Technology mainly in the Product Development areas. In two of our projects we are now looking for Project Change Leads who can support with analysis, planning, development and execution of change communication and learning activities.

The scope is to assist in the implementation of new IT solutions, securing that we handle project roll-outs in a planned, user-friendly and consistent way.

The resource will work close to the Project Manager, the Solution Owner and the overall Change Management Responsible at BPS.

The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:

- Analyze the change impact and stakeholder implementation needs

- Plan change activities into the overall project plan

- Analyze what change management resources are needed in the project to reach the project goal

- Analyze, plan, develop and execute on change communication, learning and business handover activities according to our clients Project Change Management Workflow in close co-operation with receiving organisation/s

- Make sure preferred senders are being used, eg project steering group and change sponsors, eg executive leaders and middle managers
