Description
The team is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of a Datawarehouse and Datamart for all IT Portfolio and IT Lifecycle Data. The person should have knowledge of Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, ETL, and Data Warehousing. The resource should also have knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions and AGILE methodology exposure. Experience with Informatica would be an advantage but not essential.
Primary Responsibilities
Datawarehouse and Datamart Primary ETL Developer includes writing PL/SQL Queries, procedures and packages.
ETL Development using Oracle Golden gate and Informatica 9.1.
Interface development in PL/SQL and Informatica for transforming and loading data from various systems.
Activities will include requirements analysis (determining the size and scope), development and unit testing.
Basic Knowledge of Unix Scripting and scheduling.
Coordination of work between US and China teams.
Education and Experience
Degree qualified in IT, Engineering or related discipline.
5-7 years experience in Oracle database development.
Skills and Knowledge
Expert in Oracle 11g, experience in writing queries, procedures and packages.
Expert level knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse concepts.
Performance Tuning and optimization.
Knowledge on DATAMART's and OLAP required.
Knowledge of Informatica 9.1 and Control M (preferred)
