Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP HR Trainer for a 3-month contract role in Shanghai. Start date is as soon as possible.The right candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Support local training organizations in adopting and using Saba Enterprise Learning in their daily work.
- Help users with problems and questions about the system.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with global support team to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Report discovered bugs, feature requests and user suggestions to global support team.
- Test compatibility and performance in local IT and network environment.
- Support users in installation and use of client applications on mobile platforms.
The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 years relevant project experience. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
