A leading international Pharmaceutical organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Procurement Specialist with a background in client side procurement of construction work packages. This exciting opportunity is supporting the expansion of a pharmaceutical facility within Russia.Skills/experience required:
*Degree qualified in a relevant subject
*Proven background in procuring construction work packages acting on client side
*Proven background in managing full bid process from creation of RFI/RFP/Tendering/Bid Analsis/Awarding contract
* Experience in construction/civil engineering environment
* Previous or current experience in working within Russia a distinct advantage, along with Russian language skills
