Description
- Manage the all members of the 'Project Delivery Team (PDT)' to ensure that projects are delivered on time in full, within the estimated cost to achieve projected margin, at a quality level to satisfy the customer.
- Monitor the progress of projects by conducting formal Project Reviews and informal daily contact.
- Produce monthly Project Reports in an agreed format with the Operations Director.
- Take on the delivery of 'live' project when workload dictates without detracting your other duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure all department members communicate professionally, courteously and clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure that Project Managers are considering batch or stock manufacture opportunities when assessing future demand and present stock proposals in a timely manner [to Ops Director for review].
- Liaise on a daily basis with Manufacturing and Planning managers to establish and manage realistic delivery dates with clients.
- Take responsibility of planning and controlling the Installation Function.
