UK REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - MIDLANDS OR SCOTLAND - £35k + £10k OTE + CAR ALLOWANCEThis is a chance to join a privately owned Ophthalmology organisation and progress your career. With a lean structure, your successes will not go unnoticed!
Due to the continued success within this organisation, they are now looking to grow their sales force and provide a more targeted sales approach. Working with varied product portfolio, you will be responsible for the sales and revenue for either Scotland or Midlands region.
This is a field based position, therefore the right candidate will be able to manage their own work load, be self-motivated and have the ability to identify and gaps or opportunities within the market place.
Major Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop sales (ideally within IOLs)
- Develop business relationships
- Executing sales plans, increasing and meeting sales targets
- Identify and leverage customer insight to drive differentiation and growth
- Evaluate market research, conditions and competitor data
Experience required:
- Experience within Ophthalmology
- Proven sales experience within a B2B or Hospital environment
- Strong understanding of exceptional customer care
- Excellent relationship building and account management experience
- Understanding of UK Healthcare Market
Remuneration:
- Salary between £35-37k negotiable for an outstanding candidate)

- Home-working
- Bonus (around £10k OTE)
