Will be responsible for managing FAQ content via a Content Management System. Will work with business partners, clients, project teams, vendors and other stakeholders to manage content for our customers. Also will be responsible for ensuring all customer-facing material is implemented correctly and efficiently and defects are completed per timelines. This candidate will also be responsible for reviewing, writing and managing content requirements. This candidate will also serve as a resource and/or lead in ongoing multi-team initiatives that directly impact the objectives of the Digital Experience organization. May be responsible for mentoring or peer training of team activities or tools.

Extended hours and weekend release work may be required.


  • Will need to possess the ability to effectively partner with our business clients, manage multiple projects/assignments, pay close attention to detail, thrive in a rapidly changing environment and meet short turnarounds and deadlines.
  • Needs to be a proactive self-starter and demonstrate the ability to generate innovative ideas and initiate action while achieving results.
  • Very strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience working in an environment where coordination with multiple teams is essential to success
  • Strong skills with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working directly with Clients and Development teams
  • Expert experience in Content Editing/Delivery required
  • Expert Root Cause Analysis skills required
  • Ability to prioritize individual/group work in a high-stress, deadline driven environment
  • Experience with working in an Online or mobile-centric environment setting is a plus
  • Expert HTML skills
  • JavaScript & CSS Scripting experience
  • Expert Adobe CQ Experience desired
  • Experience in publishing content files to tiered environments
  • 3-5 years expert experience implementing content using a Content Management System (ie; Interwoven TeamSite, Adobe CQ, etc.)
  • Expert experience testing online content in various browsers and mobile browsers
  • Expert experience with workflow processes
  • Experience working with daily deadlines
  • Experience leading implementation for major releases following a Software Development Life Cycle
  • Defect management experience
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience training groups and individuals and mentoring individuals
  • Ability to complete administrative responsibilities (ie time reporting, training) on time.
