Hi,I'm looking for an IT Org Support for supporting the customers IT organization in voice & video international in Essen .
Tasks:
- supporting setup of international service catalogue for network connectivity, network security, telephone and video conferencing services, service descriptions, SLA parameters, tariff and price calculation, organisation of international services for a.m. services
- implementation of new negotiated, international available frame contracts (WAN, video)
- negotiation and definition of several service levels of engaged units within the group
- supporting the international implementation of related processes such as order-to-cash (OTC), supplier management, incident / problem / change management
Skill:
- excellent in ITIL, LAN/WAN, telephone applications, video conferencing, VPN, firewalls
- experienced in international / group environment
- project / sub-project management skills
- language skill: German, English, both fluent
