" Reviewing and optimizing the current processes based on best practices in Ariba
" Configuration of Ariba Sourcing Pro and SIPM
" Set up of interfaces between Ariba and SAP ECC
" Writing detailed documentation of the configuration
" Writing an administrator guide
" Training the trainer
As SAP Ariba consultant you should have relevant project experience of minimum 5 years in the area Sourcing and Supplier Information and Performance Management (SIPM).
Knowledge in the following domains is necessary:
" Good technical knowledge concerning the configuration of Ariba Sourcing Pro
" Good functional knowledge concerning the setup and execution of sourcing events, both RFx's and e-auctions.
" Good technical knowledge concerning the configuration of Ariba SIPM
" Good functional knowledge concerning vendor evaluation surveys and supplier self-registration.
" Good functional knowledge concerning the reporting functionalities within Ariba
" Good business understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain processes
