Job description:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Responsible for maintaining schedules and estimates to ensure deadlines and budgets are set and met accordingly for assigned projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Works under general supervision. From 5 to 10 years experience in this field is required
Job Responsibilities:
o Support of the run organization (third line support, working closely to the Solution Architects).
o Technical advise and review
o Control of the run execution (control on solution build up and test execution)
o Being an active member in projects
o Interfaces
o Roll out of PM template in plants in Europe
o Extension of the PM current template to include
o WCM
o Mobile Apps
Technical Skills:
SAP PM functional knowledge
1. PM maintenance processes
a. Master data
b. Preventive and corrective maintenance processes
c. PM configuration
d. WCM is an asset
e. Integration with AA is an asset
2. One or more full cycle PM implementations including: Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support. (Pharma environment is an asset).
3. Integration with MM + FICO is an asset
o PP-PI Configuration
o PP-PI Master data
o Process order execution
o Process management
" Process messages
" Process instructions
" XSteps - PI-sheets
Experience of the pharma industry and of validated processes in an asset.
" Experience in UCB is a nice to have
" Min years' experience required: 5 years. Min 1 full implementation of PM.
" International experience is an asset + willingness to travel
