A Global Health care Company are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to join their expanding team on a 12 month contract. The role is based in High Wycombe however there will be some flexibility for some home working. You will be required to travel to the High Wycombe site at least 1-2 times a week.Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Working with Medical Affairs Studies where you will be managing and supporting medications that are already on the market.
- Multiple studies across Europe (30-40 projects)
- Investigator initiates study (Not managing the study but supporting the investigator).
- Writing and developing protocols.
- Would suit someone who is looking for a change from Company Sponsored to Investigator Initiated.
Key skills and experiences:
- Minimum of 5 years clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
- Requires clinical research operational knowledge, project planning/management and communication skills, Should be flexible and able to manage global or regional teams in a virtual environment.
- Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills are essential to this position.
- Effective leadership skills and proven ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness.
- Computer literacy is also required
