Description
This role is due to start immediately and rates are dependant on candidates experience. The Quality Manager will be responsible for a small team of Quality Auditors and possess the desire and motivation to continually drive continuous improvement along with maintaining the highest standards. The post holder will have the ability to lead and develop a team through a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.Key responsibilities:
Ensuring Quality system procedures are managed, maintained and developed in order to continually improve and ensure best practice
Integral in customer and legislative audits, ensuring compliance against agreed standards.
Organise hygiene and product tests as a key member of the site HACCP team
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
Degree qualified in Food Technology / A related Food Science
Relevant experience in the food industry
Good understanding of legislation, food hygiene, food labelling
HACCP qualification
Experience with high risk
