An IT services client requires a CRM Consultant with the following experience:
Strong Hands on Experience in CRM On Demand Customization, Configuration, Workflow and Reports Development. Hands on experience in Integrating CRM ON Demand with Third party system using Web services. Good techno functional knowledge in Manufacturing Domain, CRM Sales & service business processes. Should have worked in minimum 3-4 CRMON Demand implementations. Should have played customer facing role & interaction with Business users. Should be able to manage the team & technical delivery. Any experience working in Onsite offshore role will be an advantage and exposure to SAP is preferred.
