We are looking for several MS SharePoint Developers to work at our multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden.

  • Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultant
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain solutions for new and existing web applications
  • Research, document, and implement requirements in collaboration with business analysts and designers
  • Contribute in planning and architecting solutions
  • Perform data migration tasks
  • Be responsible for documentation as required to ensure project and technical standards are maintained
  • Analyse test results for the purpose of bug fixing, isolating areas for improvement, and debugging
  • Participate in code reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with established programming standards
  • Create deployment packages and contribute in deployments to testing/production environments
  • Store up to date project sources and documentation in Team Foundation Server
  • Provide 3rd Line Support

Educational and experience

  • 4+ years of application development using C# in SharePoint 2007 and 2010 (SharePoint object model, site definition, custom lists, field types, event receivers, custom actions, web parts, content types, site columns, CAML, master pages, workflows, user profile and audience targeting, security roles definition, managing configurations, Business Data Catalogue, extending SharePoint web services, Unified Logging System, solution packaging)
  • Experience with designing and implementing new applications and maintaining existing applications using Object Oriented Analysis/designing/programming
  • Experience with developing using C# .NET (3.5/4.0)
  • Experience with ASP.NET development (web forms, user controls, custom server controls)
  • Proven experience using Visual Studio Team Foundation (source control, defect tracking, requirements repository, automated builds)
  • Experience with SharePoint 2010 Managed Metadata Services
  • Experience in migration/upgrade projects from MOSS2007 to MOSS2010, including data migration
  • Proven experience in profiling and debugging applications in non-development environments
  • Experience with relational databases, T-SQL for SQL and stored procedures
  • Client side Scripting (JavaScript, AJAX)Experience with developing web services using XML and SOAP technologies
  • Experience with content management and enterprise portals, or alternatively experience with systems supporting surveillance of disease data
  • Experience with UML or Case Tools
  • Excellent and proven knowledge of SharePoint Designer
  • Excellent knowledge of data migration projects
  • Excellent knowledge with developing web services using XML and SOAP technologies
  • Knowledge of metadata and Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI) is advantageous
  • Very good command of English; oral and written

Experience in one or more of the following areas are considered as advantageous:

  • Experience in Unit testing and test driven development
  • Implementing and maintaining graphical user interfaces for web applications (master pages, layouts, web parts) using JavaScript, AJAX, XML, XSLT, HTML/XHTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Language Integrated Query (LINQ)
  • Windows Communication Foundation, Windows Workflow Foundation
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
  • Experience working in Agile development environment, preferably SCRUM

Candidates must have a passport of an EU member state or a valid work permit for Sweden
