IT Co-ordinator - 16-18 Euros p/h - Dublin

Position: IT Co-ordinator
Location: Dublin 18, Dublin, Ireland
Hours: 37.5 hour week - standard working hours

Role:
IT Co-ordinator is required to work at our Client site in Dublin.

Job description:

IT department co-ordination in relation to end user telephony and other admin tasks including the below:

* Set up of new user mobile accounts; porting in of mobile numbers; transfers to and from the Client account
* Terminations for EMEA
* Co-ordination of device shipping across EMEA
* Co-ordination of schedules with users across EMEA for device deployment & email of MDM instructions to each user
* Co-ordination of device repair for EMEA, including ensuring devices are wiped, 'Find My iPhone' is deactivated and all information is backed up before devices are swapped
* Creation and update of tech asset details and users' mobile device details across EMEA
* Managing all queries and issues with the network providers. Example: roaming bars, international call bars, network issues, voicemail, caller display etc.
* Ordering of new mobile devices
* Billing Queries
* Account analysis incl. request of monthly reports from network providers on usage patterns such as data, roaming, call activity etc.

Essential experience/Qualifications:
* Experience of working in an IT environment
* Experience of working with telephony and related equipment
* Good telephone manner and communication skills
* Good understanding of M/S Office products (Word, Excel etc.)

Eligibility Requirements:
* Ability to work in EU (Ireland)

Desired:
* Administration experience
* IT awareness

Any experience in the following roles is also advantageous:
Administrator, Co-ordinator, project administrator, Telephony Support
