Description
Electrical and Instrumentation team leader required to join the maintenance department.Duties:
* Day to day supervision and organisation of E&I technicians supporting all manufacturing, utilities and facilities on site.
* Efficient management of all E&I planned and reactive work, including vendor and project related work and plant and site shutdowns
* Ensure GMP, EHS and electrical (ATEX) compliance in all aspects of responsible areas.
* Support prudent cost centre and spend management, supporting the budgeting process
* Management of technical assessments, HAZOPs and the change control process
* Management of investigations and proactively identify projects that will improve operational reliability of production processes and assisting the Maintenance department in their implementation
* Act as Maintenance Representative on projects as required
* Demonstrable ability to deliver change/continuous improvement with a unionised environment
* A degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related Craft qualification is required for this role with a minimum of three years relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
