Financial TesterOur client in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a Financial Tester with a QA and analytical background. Salary is 85-105K. H1B visas are transferable if there is at least 3.5 years of eligibility; OPT visas will not be accepted. No relocation assistance.
Job Responsibilities
- Create automated test scripts
- Evaluate manual test scripts from offshore team to maximize efficiency of system
- Work with marketing and development teams to test model and/or analytical changes to client's applications
- Execute test scripts manually for regression testing
- Supply and authenticate test cases in Jira for bug defects
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in financial technology sector
- At least 2 years of fixed income, equity and derivatives
- Solid knowledge of financial analytics
- At least 2 years experience in financial math (Statistics is a plus)
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Exceptional communication skills
