Main responsibilities:IT advisor to the business
Business solution design
Writes complete technical and /or functional specifications for development
Provide business process analysis and design
Provide post implementation and day to day support for key application areas (finance, logistics)
Manage project delivery and performance, lead or be part of global project teams
Gains understanding of business strategies and develop long-range IT strategies in support of the business
Work and coordinate requirements with global IT service teamsProvide initial project estimates for cost-benefit analysis, Develop business case (ROI) for proposed IT solutions
Work between internal/external IT service provides and the business to develop Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations
