Reporting directly into the Quality Manager.Key responsibilities:
Ensuring Quality system procedures are managed, maintained and developed in order to continually improve and ensure best practice
Integral in customer and legislative audits, ensuring compliance against agreed standards.
Organise hygiene and product tests as a key member of the site HACCP team
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
Relevant experience in the food industry
Good understanding of legislation, food hygiene, food labelling
HACCP qualification
Experience of BRC or ISO MicrobiologyPesticideHACCP
Must be able to have an equal balance with the operations team
