Quality/Process Improvement Engineer (CMMI - Six Sigma Belt) for a large ATM organization located in Brussels,
I'm currently looking for a Process Improvement Engineer for developing and maintaining the mission critical systems, providing, integrating, deploying and supporting the technical facilitates.
Technical/Professional Qualifications:
General:
- PM Bok and/or PMI methodology
- Six Sigma Belt
- Understanding of Software Development, Project Management and Quality related standards and methodologies
- Minimum 3 years experience in a structured Programme Officer or Quality Management environment. Experience in applying quality control techniques and producing clear and concise documents or reports in English
- Basic knowledge and understanding of IT, software development methods and life cycle
- Experience in one or several of the following areas is an advantage:
- CMMi process improvement in particular project management related process groups;
- Mission critical system development
- Air Traffic Management concepts
Personal:
- Good training, interpersonal, persuasion and coaching skills
- Must be able to work and cope with pressure of a demanding environment
- Desire and ability to work in an international environment
