Role - Security Support Engineer

The role
As a member of the security team you will be included in the following tasks.

Monitoring of incidents.
Incidents reported by the service user and tat are related to the managed technologies will approach you.
After evaluating the incident you will be expected to solve this in the first instance yourself or be able to pass on to relevant persons.
Execution of requests
Follow up and execute predefined changes to managed devices.

Experience
ITIL (incident management)
TCP/IP Firewall rules
Cisco Routers/Switches CCNA
Protocols: DNS, Proxy, DHCP

Languages
Dutch and English languages is required due to the nature of the work
