Siebel CRM Consultant
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 3months +
Role and Responsibilities:
- Define business and functional requirements.
- Should have prior end to end Global Siebel Deployment experience.
- Should have worked in minimum 3 CRM ON Demand implementations.
- Should be able to provide support during production go-live floor support.
- Strong Hands on Experience in CRM On Demand Customization, Configuration, Workflow, and Reports Development.
- Hands on experience in Integrating CRM OD Demand with Third party system using Web services.
- Should have good techno functional knowledge in CRM Sales & service business processes.
- Should be able to manage the team & technical delivery.
- Experience working in Onsite offshore role will be an advantage.
- Exposure to SAP is preferred.
- Have good planning and analysis skills.
- Should have played customer facing role & interaction with Business users.
