Principal Project Manager
My client a leading QLD Government departmentis embarking on a major business change program and are looking for a senior Project Manager to come on board for a 12 month contract role with possible extensions.
The Principle Project Manager will be required to lead a Project Team in the implementation of TAFE Queensland Student Management Solution.
Reporting into the Program Director your experience in delivering complex projects, utilising structured PM methodologies, dealing with vendors and service contracts from a Managed Service perspective will see you well positioned for this role. Ideally you will also have prior experience with QLD TAFE and/or implementing Student Management Systems.
Key Skills:
Highly experienced Project manager (ie 10 years plus)
Highly experienced is using structured PM methodologies eg PRINCE2
Sound estimating, planning and reporting skills
Superior communicator
Experienced in leading a medium to large project team
Highly experienced in risk and issue management
Experienced in managing vendors and service contracts
Experienced in generating high quality project management products and deliverables
Experienced in fully managed service arrangements
