IT Systems Conversion Lead. This project will implement globally the SAP Employee Central cloud-based solution as the core HR system
Key Responsibilities:
Overall IT Systems and Data Conversion Lead for the project
Develop, own and maintain the systems conversion detailed project plan, risks and issues
Manage and drive the delivery of all data conversion activities from local country systems to Employee Central, including:
Management of resources - US and local country BIS teams and vendor technical staff
Conversion strategy/planning/approach sessions
Development of data mapping rules and templates
Data cleansing
Language translations
Testing
Production cutover
Partner with Business, HR Operations and BIS domestic and sector leads
Build and maintain understanding of Employee Central system & technology.
