Reticle Engineer:

The department supplies resources, means and methods, and technology to deliver the specification, design, integration and validation of (sub) systems and the development of new competencies for Advanced Imaging.

Job Mission
As a Design Engineer in the you will be a key player in a very fast-paced, multidiscipline environment. In the Reticles and Imaging Applications group, you will be involved in the integration of our scanners and in the technology development for future-generation scanners. You are expected to integrate with the dynamic and divers community.

Job Description
We look for people with experience in the area of reticles, preferably EUV reticles. You will be the center point in our department for the knowledge on defects and particles for EUV reticles. You will be responsible for defining particle specs towards our reticle suppliers and delivering workable procedures to our production facilities regarding reticle handling and contamination. You need to align with the metrology engineers and contamination specialist in our department and our reticle suppliers. You will be responsible for the defect and contamination part of the reticle technology roadmap in alignment with our suppliers and customers.

Education
MSc. or PhD in physics, chemistry or similar technical education

Experience
Multi-year relevant experience in a multi-disciplined work environment. Experience with reticles and defectivity, preferably EUV reticles. Experience with working with suppliers or customers.

Personal skills
A good English language communicator and team player is essential. You must also be a self-starter who can take initiatives and can handle many different interfaces.
