Description
A premier Government department requires Systems Analyst/Designers in the Siebel Development Section who will work closely with business stakeholders to provide sound solutions to requirements for the Siebel platform.
Duties include:
Communicating and liaising with technical and non- technical staff of all levels within the department and from external agencies to determine system requirements
negotiation of scope with consideration of technical and resourcing limitations
facilitating analysis and design workshops
working closely with the Siebel developers to ensure designs are technically feasible
development and documentation of functional detailed designs and solutions
peer review other designers' deliverables
identifying risks and issues that could impact the delivery schedules
coordinating the implementation of solutions with downstream teams
transfer of skills and knowledge to departmental officers.
