Seeking a seasoned Web Data Analyst who has experience working with internal data sources and Google Analytics to identify marketing performance as well as trends in user behavior.

Position will be responsible for managing all data reporting and analysis for web marketing. In addition, this position will be responsible for designing, and deploying, online reporting capabilities for the team, designing and maintaining standardized reports and reporting data to leadership when required. Successful candidates will have experience using multiple data sources, including Google Analytics, to track customer behavior online, including but not limited to, campaign tracking, monitoring visits, referral trends, E-commerce tracking, and goal completion tracking.

Responsibilities include:
Oversee digital marketing campaign, E-commerce and general website analytics
Analyze data and identify trends; Share trends and leverage expertise in strategy sessions to assist both marketing and user experience leaders in shaping refinement plans for ongoing web and marketing activities
Report and analyze overall enrollment conversion rates, enrollment flow step conversion, and linked business data to provide stakeholders with a well-rounded, fair assessment of enrollment channel performance
Work with key stakeholders in marketing and user experience to plan and deploy a reporting system/dashboard
Develop a set of standard reports and work with key stakeholders to refine these reports over time
Present data and findings to leadership as required

SKILLS:

This position requires:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field
3-4 years of experience analysing web and/or marketing data
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working with Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate directional data trends; experience must include the setup and maintenance of E-commerce and goal/conversion tracking
Experience working with marketing data sources including chat, web based call tracking (click to call) and paid media reports
Experience with database tools and queries (SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel)
Ability to manage multiple efforts in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
