Description
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. Position Requirements:
- Solid Deskside support experience in an enterprise environment
- Must have PC refresh experience
- Must have Executive support experience
- Must have experience working with handheld devices, Smart phones and wireless networks
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Microsoft Certifications highly desired
- May require an associate's degree in a related area and 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
