Power Distribution Expert contract opportunity with a leading telecom solutions provider. Based in the European Research Centre in Germany, responsible for global product innovation, power architecture design, advanced power distribution technology study for information and communication equipment. The Power Distribution Expert will develop ICT equipment power architecture definition, strategy of power technology study and roadmap.Overview:
Senior Expert of Power Distribution will focus on providing innovative, world class and competitive power architecture and technology solution to future ICT products. You will need to be an experienced power architecture expert with worldwide vision, with excellent understanding of power architecture and ICT power distribution solutions and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the strategy and roadmap of power distribution technology evolution
* Research on power architecture and power distribution technology for ICT products
* Connect experts and institute all over the world
* Drive advanced power architecture standardisation and power distribution technology commercialisation
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
* Master degree or higher in power design and power architecture field
* 13+ years working experience in power field including 5+ years power experience in information and telecom area
* Experience in connection with experts in the power field worldwide
Successful practice in power architecture design and advanced technology in power development
* HVDC power distribution experience is preferred, ETSI, ITU-T, IEC standard experience is preferred
* Fluent in English
