SAP APO DP PPDS Support Consultant
In addition to APO DP and PPDS technical exp, 7+ years consultant who has Support experience preferably as a team lead and should have done below activities.
- Leading a team
- Reviewing configuration done by the team or third party service providers
- Reviewing the solution proposed by support team
- Reviewing and approving functional spec and other docs
- Reviewing and approving test scripts
- Making sure Change requests are delivered as per schedule
- Following up to make sure that ticket is delivered within SLA
- Working with third party vendor
- Working with an offshore ABAP team
