This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial manager professional to work within a well established organisation within the oil and gas industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of successful and goal achievement with the ability to think on a strategic level
  • Detailed knowledge of the product and services offered.
  • Effective sales skills.
  • Willingness and ability to suggest new ideas and process improvements.


General Duties Include:
  • Manage commercial activities involving standard contracts and contract reviews. .
  • Liaison and relationship building with field partners, infrastructure operators and/or owners, regulators and industry bodies as applicable
  • Review customer terms and conditions for compliance with Contracting Procedures Policies.
  • Provide contract and negotiation support to Business Development & Project Management.
  • Ensure commercial work undertaken is properly planned and that the timing of work and deliverables is communicated to and by management;
  • Develop Deal Summaries for contracts for executive management review.
  • Coordinate with Product Management and Customer Services for scope of work and technical validations and to obtain most current cost data.
  • Develop financial models for each opportunity accounting for cost of scope and risks and in alignment with market
  • Prepared targeted and strategic proposals for sales delivery.
  • Commercial Management of sales opportunities from proposal response through contract negotiations and opportunity closure.
