Embedded C++ Developer / Engineer - Broadcast, XML, LinuxHampshire -£330 - £430 per day 6 Months + Extension/s
As the Embedded Linux developer you will have strong experience of working in a middleware level writing C++ code. The role will require work slightly higher up the stack than driver development, the rate will pay between £ Per day for an inital 6 month contract. The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Application Level C++
Embedded Linux background
Developing for Embedded Linux and on Linux systems
You need to understand Transport Streams and the Ancillary data that comes with this, knowledge of wire-shark for debugging is also useful.
Networking / Networks experience.
Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
Set top box / Digital TV / Broadcast.
