My client, based in Dublin south is a very successful payments company who work in mobile payments technology and provide money-transfers at a product and platform level to clients internationally. They are a profit-running organization where the company has received millions in investments and has expended their team significantly in the last 12 months.
You will help in delivering reliable pre-paid software solutions to these clients and have the opportunity to lead some very innovative projects internally. You will be responsible for Solving on-going internal issues, code review & putting changes to production. There is huge potential here to develop your own personal career in web development.
Ideally you will have experience developing internals to tight deadlines using LAMP stack and OOP Design Principles and a proven record of delivering software throughout all phases of the software development process. You will be maintaining tools that run on CakePHP 1, Zend Framework 1 & 2, Slim and Doctrine. Ideally you will also have experience in design, maintenance and extension of internal libraries, scripts, API's and etc. You will be building up interactive components with JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery).
Requirements:
- 5+years experience in a related professional experience
- Proficient in web application development
- A good understanding of multi-tiered web application concepts
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Solid experience working with Javascript, CSS and HTML
- Expert in PHP
- Working with Zend is a big advantage.
