Objective:
My client is an international bank based in Brussels. You will join the IT Tools team and will focus on Service Now/Jira/HP Quality Center administration for an existing infrastructure.
Tasks: The role has three main elements (% split):
Service Now (50%)
Execute the following main tasks for the continued use of Service Now:
Incident Management;
System Enhancements;
System Upgrades;
Creation of new workflows;
Creation of new services;
Creation of new service catalogue items;
Implementation of CMDB using Service Now built-in discovery mechanisms and BMC ADDM.
Jira management (30%)
General management (Testing, analysis, ) of all elements of the JIRA workflow applications (analysis);
Manage the offshore Jira development team and ensure the delivered work meets company requirements (project management);
Evaluate and prioritize tasks as they relate to program delivery during weekly meetings with the Methodology and QA team.
HP Quality Center (20%)
Maintain the applications from a technical point-of-view.
Analyze needs, propose an action plan and follow-up on implementation.
Ideally, the specialist is a bit of an all-rounder, having an in-depth knowledge of Service Now, Jira and QC.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Minimum 3 year of experience with the following skills:
Service Now/Jira/HP QC administration, patches, upgrades.
Experience working with multiple Team/Onsite/Offsite work experience.
Experience in engaging with test teams and UAT users, review test cases
In-depth knowledge and technical experience with Service Now, Jira and HP Quality Center.
Languages: fluent English (+ some French or Dutch nice to have)
