My client, active in the energy sector, is currently looking for a Functional Analyst to work with the development team on in-house developed products.
The Functional Analyst we are looking for will be modelling business requirements related to gas flow management processes. He or she will participate in second and third level support interventions on critical production systems. The Functional Analyst will also help defining possible points of improvement either for applications or for team operations. Furthermore, he or she will assist the developers in producing a quality code and the testing expert in producing test scenarios to be used for system and integration testing. Therefore, the candidate will also assist the testing expert in executing acceptance tests with end users. The Functional Analyst will produce functional system specifications compliant to the clients' methodology standards, CBD oriented.
To be considered for this project, you have profound knowledge of UML and Business Process Modelling techniques. You have good knowledge of Component Based Development principles and knowledge of architectural techniques and structures. Being the candidate we are looking for, you have knowledge of GUI design and user-friendliness oriented design. Furthermore, you are fluent in modelling tools such as UML based Case Tools and in change and configuration management tools like MS VSTS and MS VSS. Being an expert in the field, you have profound knowledge of database queries, .NET architectures and code sourcing. Finally, for this project you speak English fluently as well as French or Dutch
