Front End Developer / North West / ContractIf you are a Front End Developer with HTML5 development experience who wants to work in the heart of the North West digital hub, then I want to speak with you! My client is a successful, small and profitable company in the process of developing multiple applications both new and ongoing for web and mobile platforms.
As a contract Front End Developer, you will be involved with the design, implementation and rapid development on all features of our web and web mobile applications. You will joining a well established design team, a backend development team and will work closely with the project managers to create new features for products.
Must Haves:
- Experienced in HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with standards compliance
- Proficient with JavaScript and JavaScript libraries (preferably Knockout.JS, Backbone.JS)
- Strong Computer Science background and, ideally, a related degree
Desirables:
- Experience working with AJAX, JASON, and REST API's
- Familiarity with server-side frameworks such as Ruby-on-Rails
- Ability to create high fidelity User Interface designs
