ITIL SAP Project Manager/ Business Analyst Service Delivery Consultancy LondonSuperb new hire for 2014!
I am networking for my top tier consultancy client for an ITIL accredited ITIL SAP Service Delivery Manager / account manager/ relationship manager to work between the technical SAP development team, and the front office vendor team on changes and improvements across all products and services which this consultancy provide.
You will use your business commercial acumen, and requirement analysis skills, to understand what the business need- i.e. new products, services etc, and then work with IT to deliver this change programme. This role is an interesting combination of business analysis, project management and account/ relationship management, so is ideal for someone who wants a challenge!
To be successful in this role, you will need superb communication and relationship building skills, and in return, you will get to see the real tangible difference made by your skills
This is a permenent service manager/ account manager role based in London City. Salary is up to £65,000
Requirements
- ITIL V3 Expert qualification or demonstrate a significant understanding of ITIL principles
- Experience working within an IT environment in a similar capacity or in a technical or business facing role with product delivery responsibility, ideally with SAP products and the ERP domain.
- SAP and ERP application experience essential
- Experience working with a variety of different products and systems
- Experience of managing relationships and understanding the requirements from the business
