Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2280for a Senior IT Project Manager (f/m)
Project environment: A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
Project Managers are responsible for delivering the objectives of a number of inter-linked global and/or cross functional projects building together an entire strategic program. This includes responsibility for the timely implementation of defined program/project objectives in line with quality standards and budget.
- Managing all aspects of a program/project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
- Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years PM experience in large projects.
- Proven knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards, preferable familiar with RUP (Certification IPMA, PMP or equivalent).
- Experience managing SDLC.
- Good knowledge of both written and spoken English and German.
