Ecommerce Business Analyst / Ecommerce BA.Netherlands.6 months initially.Rates to €500 / day.Ecommerce Business Analyst / Ecommerce BA with esales, ecare and content management experience required.My client, a leading telco operator, is looking for an experience Business Analyst / BA with ecommerce, esales, ecare and content management experience to join them on a contract basis starting ASAP.
Working in a team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
*Impact/Gap Analysis of new Business Requirements
*Prioritize new Business Requirements
*Assure delivery
*Capture, Improve and Report delivery SLA
*Capture and Apply lessons learnt for new deliveries
*Interface/Engage/Support product management and technical teams for delivering CR's
*Producing handover artefacts for smooth transition
The ideal Business Analyst / BA will have previous experience of working in a telco or retail environment, and will have worked as a BA on ecommerce projects in the past.Knowledge of at least of esales, ecare and content management is also required.This is an English speaking project, so Dutch language skills are a bonus but are absolutely not essential.
