Role: .Net developer - (vb or c#)Length: 6 months
Location: Lancashire
I have a fantastic opportunity to work with a leader in the telecomms and finance industry. With an urgent requirement for .Net Developers to assist the existing team we are looking for experienced developers who have worked in full development lifecycle application projects.
Essential Skills
- .Net (either VB or C#) -You will be using mainly VB.Net
- Database based applications (Ideally familiar with Oracle or SQL) Ideally with Performance tuning.
- Understanding of RESTful web services
- XML & JSON
Desirable Skills
- Test Driven Development
- SVN and continuous integration
- MongoDB or similar NoSQL DB
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of billing system and telecoms experience
- MVC
- HTML, Java, CSS, JavaScript.
