ServiceNow Consultant - ITSM - Banking - Jira - Quality Centre - 12 month contract
This organisation is a leading International Financial Services organisation who are currently seeking a ServiceNow Consultant who will be based in their Brussels office in Belgium and sat within a small technical team.
Your role will be to maintain the ServiceNow platform, solve problems, install patches, approve process, and manage workflows, while also assisting in a large CMDB implementation.
Candidates need to be fluent English speakers, if you can speak French or Dutch this is a bonus but not essential. You will be liaising with a large amount of business & IT stakeholders and therefore need to have excellent communication skills.
This is a hands-on role with ServiceNow administrative duties, you should hold over 3 years specific experience. You will be involved in both BAU & project work.
Other ideal skill requirements include Jira (where you will be analysing, deploying, testing & making installations) as well as dealing with Quality Centre testing tool.
Need to hold a strong understanding of IT Service Management processes.
Candidates don't need previous banking experience but need to have worked within a large enterprise environment
