Description
Using your previous SharePoint 2010 experience, collaborate with stakeholders to design instructional documentation for a high profile Federal Government organisation.
DUTIES:
- Provide advice and standards in terms of using the SharePoint 2010 activity site in relation to User Guides; Online help and; Document style and process documentation
- Create communication and change management documentation
- Provide on line interactive E-learning training material relating to use of various sites
- Ensure uniformity across the look and design of the activity sites using the existing capabilities
- Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members; and
- Record and maintain files/information in accordance with the organisation's requirements
SKILLS
- Proven SharePoint 2010 experience
- Instructional Design
- Proven Leadership & stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to identify and manage cross project dependencies
- Excellent risk management/risk identification skills
