Oracle Utilities CC&B Test Lead required who can execute the Billing Test Plans and Liaise with the Test Manager and Business Lead to ensure Oracle CC&B system is set up correctly and the Oracle CC&B test plan is prepped and agreed.

Previous Oracle Utilities CC&B Test Team lead experience in settting up Test Plans is essential.
