We are currently seeking a French Customer Support Agent, to be based in the lovely capital of Lisbon , Portugal to join the dynamic team that is already in place !The role:
• Customer service via inbound calls, emails and live chats.
• Manage customers accounts and assist with any account management related issues
• Acting as a source of information for our customers regarding promotions, products and offers.
• Knowledge of computers, MS Office and common internet applications
Requirements:
• Customer oriented person
• Flexible and adaptable working attitude
• Fluency with English and French
• Strong writing skills and translation experience would be a bonus
